By visiting or using VidSpring (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept any provision below, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Provides

VidSpring offers a cloud platform for ad-video and creative workflow automation. The Service may include:

  • Hosted infrastructure to run your creative workspace around the clock
  • Connections to WebChat, Telegram, and other messaging channels
  • Programmatic access to third-party AI models (such as OpenAI and Anthropic)
  • An admin console and configuration tools

3. Accounts

3.1 Who May Register

You must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Keeping Your Account Secure

  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
  • Do not share account access with unauthorized persons
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use
  • You are liable for activity conducted under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans

VidSpring sells subscription access on a monthly basis. Paid tiers currently start at $9.9 per month and may include bundled usage credits; additional consumption may be charged separately as described at checkout.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are charged in advance each billing period
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file
  • Usage above included allowances may be invoiced at period end
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time through account settings or by emailing support
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid period
  • Partial-period refunds are not offered
  • Account data is generally retained for up to 30 days after cancellation

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Allowed Uses

You may use VidSpring only for lawful personal or business purposes related to automation, communications, and productivity.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Break applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Spam, harass, or abuse users or third-party services
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities through the Service
  • Create or spread deceptive or fraudulent material
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code except as law permits
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

6. API Credits and Usage

  • Credits may apply toward third-party model APIs
  • Credits are non-transferable and typically expire each billing cycle
  • Unused credits generally do not roll forward
  • Overage is billed at rates in effect when incurred
  • We may impose limits to protect platform stability

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Content You Submit

  • You retain ownership of material you upload or generate
  • You grant us a limited license to process that material to operate the Service
  • We do not use your content to train proprietary AI models
  • External API vendors process data under their own policies

7.2 Security

We employ safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 VidSpring Materials

Our brand, software, and Service content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain our property or our licensors’.

8.2 Open-Source Components

Where the Service incorporates open-source software (including OpenClaw), we provide hosting and tooling but do not claim ownership of that open-source code.

9. Availability and Changes

9.1 Uptime

We target high availability but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practicable.

9.2 Modifications

  • Features may change or be retired with reasonable notice
  • Access may be paused for maintenance or security
  • Price updates will be communicated at least 30 days before they apply to renewals

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may close your account via settings or by contacting [email protected].

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, are compelled by law, or engage in abuse or fraud.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is capped at fees you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms, APIs, or integrations
  • We are not liable for outputs or actions of automated agents you configure

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Services

Integrations (e.g., Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic) are governed by those providers’ own terms and policies.

15. Governing Law
